Gantry Drilling Milling Machine
APPLICATION
The machine is mainly used for drilling, milling, chamfering and
tapping on flanges, tubesheets, and machine bases. Internal cooling
high-speed drilling with carbide milling cutters or external
cooling drilling with ordinary high-speed steel twist drills, end
mills can also be used to mill grooves and special tools are used
to mill the expansion grooves of the tube holes of the tubesheet.
The machining process of the machine is digitally controlled. The
operation is very convenient. It can realize automation, high
precision, multi-variety and mass production.
FEATURES
1. The base worktable is a high-strength casting, which is
processed by artificial aging heat treatment to remove internal

9. Full CNC Control
- With chip breaking function, the chip breaking time and chip
breaking cycle can be set on the human-machine interface.
- With the tool lifting function, the tool lifting height can be
set on the human-machine interface. When drilling to this height,
the drill bit is quickly lifted to the top of the workpiece, and
then fast-forwarded to the drilling surface and automatically
converted into working advance.
- Provide software for automatic conversion of CAD graphics into
processing programs. It can be installed on any computer of the
user.
- Centralized operation control box and hand-held unit, the machine
adopts numerical control system, which is convenient for
programming, storage, display and communication. The operation
interface has functions such as human-machine dialogue, error
compensation, and automatic alarm.
